Surrounded by the great territories of Argentina and Brazil, the Republica
Oriental del Uruguay is privileged by its location in South America, which grants it a
pleasant climats a ppealing for tourism all year round.
Its three million
inhabitants speak the Spanish language and due to the extremely high cultural level of
such (95% of alphabetization, the highest in Latin America), the largest part of the
younger generations has studied a foreign language, specially English.
Another important point is the high sanitary level, being the only Latin American Country free of regional diseases such as cholera, dengus, etc.
